Any type of content can be used in projects such as:

• Website Verbiage
• Videos
  • Educational
  • Mandatory training
  • Informational

There is no carry over of word count from month to month. Overage charges are made at the same per-word rate as your current plan.
There are two approaches you can choose regarding your word count:

• Access Simplified manages
  • You give us all your scripts up front. We will manage our internal workload to maximize your monthly word count and prevent any overages. However, if your annual word count is exceeded, you will be charged for overage. (We will let you know first.)
• You manage
  • You give us your scripts each month. However if you exceed your monthly allotted word count, overage will be charged for that month.

Due to the incredibly low pricing we are offering, all project specifications will be as below.
We will make our determinations based on script content and talent availability.

If you have specific requirements for your project, please get in touch with us ASAP.
You may need to cover the cost of these changes via our à la carte pricing.

An endslate will be added to all videos with the language “ASL Video Production provided by Access Simplified” along with our company logo and website.

If your current budget does not allow you to make a commitment to one of our packages, contact us to make a reservation so you don’t miss out on this incredible pricing. Reserving a package costs $150/month. This cost is non-refundable, but if you sign up for a package, all your reservation funds will be applied towards your new package.
